Okmulgee Police Search For Man Connected To Shooting

Okmulgee Police are searching for a man they believe connected to a shooting.

On August 14, 2018, Okmulgee Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 500 block of North Porter.

Police said the victim told them he opened the door for someone he knew when three men, armed with handguns, forced their way inside. The victim said the men were wearing coverings on their faces.

According to police, the men demanded money and, at some point, one of the men shot the victim in the back.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Through their investigation, Okmulgee Police issued an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Dreontray ‘Tray’ Todd.
