TPD: 83-Year-Old Woman Injured In Two Vehicle Crash

TPD: 83-Year-Old Woman Injured In Two Vehicle Crash

Tulsa Police say they have a warning for drivers after a crash that sent an 83-year-old woman to the hospital on Sunday.

Officers say an SUV was hit by a Mustang on Lewis. According to police, the Mustang was going too fast and they're asking drivers to slow down, especially on the narrow roads through midtown.

"Any of these main roads throughout the midtown area, ya know, they're narrow, they're old, ya know, they're not the standard width of the new roads that are being constructed here. People need to slow down," said Sgt. Kurt Dodd

The driver of the SUV was taken to Saint Francis, her condition has not been given.
