Two women are in jail after Tulsa police stopped a stolen car the pair were in near a Tulsa Walgreens store early Thursday.

Officers say a check of the car near 31st and Harvard determined it had been stolen, so police stopped it at the Walgreens.

27-year-old Jacqueline Helt and 33-year-old Lindsey England were arrested and questioned.

The two told police that they were in a relationship and were living out of the car.

Inside the car, police found a number of items, including purses, which officers believed may be stolen. The only thing that police could confirm stolen at the time were some checks.

Police say there were so many items, officers had to go into the Walgreens to get trash bags to haul it all off. Officers are going through the items to determine if they are stolen and if so, who they belong to.
