The Tulsa City Council pulled a motion from its Wednesday meeting agenda that would keep minors from having spray paint in their possession.
City councilors were set to vote on the ordinance change Wednesday.
If approved, the change would mean no one under the age of 18 could buy or have spray paint without the supervision of an adult or face a $200 fine.
Councilors said they could still revisit the issue at a future date.
