A third and final suspect was arrested after a scary situation for a teenager, who was tied up after three men broke into his Wagoner County home.
Eugene Rogers is in jail in Kansas City, Missouri. He’ll soon join his father in the Wagoner County jail for crimes deputies said they did together.
The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office said surveillance video from the scene made a huge difference in tracking down the trio who broke into the home near Porter in January.
"The victim, the victim's mother, they've been living in fear since then,” Sheriff Chris Elliott said.
A 13-year-old boy was sick and home from school when the door was kicked in.
"They pointed guns at him, they threatened to kill him, they traumatized this poor young man,” Elliott said.

The public helped identify Aaron Johnson, Eugene Brown Jr., and his son Eugene Rogers, who the U.S. Marshals arrested this week in Kansas City.
"Interestingly enough, when they found him, he was loading a U-Haul and was gonna flee further," the sheriff said.
Rogers was the final suspect to be arrested after deputies said the group tied the teenager up with a cable and put a pair of shorts over his head.
Elliott praised the teen for what he did next given his circumstances.
"He remained calm. He did what [they] told him to do. He listened to try to obtain as much information as he could from them," he said.
After the three men got away with guns and electronics from the home, the 13-year-old boy ran a half a mile to get help from a neighbor, who called 911.
"It's very remarkable that this young man survived this," Elliott said.
The sheriff believes the three suspects are connected to other crimes they are investigating right now and said more charges could come soon.
