The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is still investigating a fatality crash in Pawnee County Sunday evening.

In their report, troopers say 54-year-old Terlton resident, Patrick Olin Wantland died following a three vehicle crash at 6:43 p.m. on Highway 48 southeast of Terlton.

The OHP report says Wantland's 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt and  a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Emory Lynn Hearing, 38, of Cleveland, were stopped for stop light at a construction zone, when a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Caleb Dorsey, 31, of Mannford, struck the rear of Wantland's car.

Troopers say Dorsey was not injured, but Emory Herring was.  He was taken to a Tulsa hospital, where he was admitted for trunk and head injuries.
