Man Hospitalized After Midtown Shooting

A man is in the hospital after being shot while in his car.

Tulsa police say the man was still driving while calling 9-1-1.  Dispatchers asked him to pull over and he did so near 41st and Sheridan.

The victim says the shooting occurred near 21st and Memorial.

There are several bullet holes in the driver’s side door of the man’s car.

The victim was shot once in the leg and was transported to St. Francis Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the man's story of how he got shot has changed several times.
