Teen Charged In January Shooting Returned To Tulsa

A Tulsa teen charged with six crimes, including shooting with intent to kill, is in the Tulsa County jail.

Last month, U.S. Marshals arrested 19-year-old Joseph Zannotti in Utah.

He was charged on March 9th.  Police say the shooting incident happened on the night of January 19, 2018, near 51st and Yale.
