A motor home caught fire along the Muskogee Turnpike Tuesday afternoon.
Trooper Adam Wood said he was working in a construction area on the turnpike when he saw black smoke in the distance.
Wood said he drove to the area and saw a motor home burning and called it in. He said the Broken Arrow Fire Department arrived and started putting out the flames.
Wood said another driver got the attention of the driver of the mobile home. He said the driver was able to get to the shoulder of the turnpike and get to safety.
There was a second vehicle being towed by the mobile home. Wood said the driver was able to detach that vehicle.
No one was injured.
Wood said it’s unclear what caused the fire.
