Sources: Multi-County Grand Jury Indicts Man For 2007 Denney Murders

Sources tell News On 6 a multi-county grand jury has indicted a man in connection with the murders of Jack and Elaine Denney.

We're told the man was identified as Justin Walker.

The couple was killed in their home near Locust Grove in 2007. Their daughter found them on Christmas Day.

Both were apparently killed by gunshot wounds.

Walker was already in custody for other charges. The couple's family tells News On 6 he will now be charged with the murders.

We've confirmed the Cherokee County Undersheriff and District Attorney Jack Thorpe appeared before the grand jury in Oklahoma City this week. Grand jury proceedings are secret until charges are filed.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a $10,000 reward for information in the case.
