Green Country Firefighter Loses Home To Fire

Investigators are looking into what caused a fire that destroyed a Green Country volunteer firefighter's home.

Nichole Avey was at work when someone called to tell her that her house was burning.

When she got home, the roof had already collapsed.

A neighbor and a Keystone firefighter rescued her German Shepard, but her pet snake did not make it.
