Ingredients:
2 lbs-peeled & cleaned tail on shrimp- 16 count
1.25 oz. Joe’s Original BBQ Rub
1/3 lbs. minced garlic
18 oz. Joe’s Hot BBQ Sauce
5 oz. Guildens Golden Mustard
4 oz. Tiger Sauce
2- Black iron skillets
Directions:
Fire up your Grill/Smoker and season your black iron skillets with oil if they aren’t already
Wash shrimp well and drain
Sprinkle Joe’s Original BBQ Rub on shrimp
Mix garlic and liquid ingredients in mixing bowl to make your Shrimp BBQ Sauce
Preheat skillets on grill and liberally oil one of them and then begin sautéing a handful of shrimp in 1 skillet
In the other skillet pour ½ inch of Shrimp BBQ Sauce mixture and bring it to a boil on the grill
The minute the shrimp are turning good and pink move them over to the Shrimp BBQ Sauce for 5 minutes
Then remove the shrimp from the bath and serve
Continue to cycle the process until the shrimp is all done adding oil in sauté skillets when needed and to Shrimp BBQ Sauce when needed to maintain the ½ inch depth
