Tulsa Officer Not Charged After Shooting, Killing Man

A Tulsa officer accused of killing a man last year will not be charged. 

Officer Jairo Calle shot and killed Jacob Craig on Christmas day. 

Police said Craig was naked when he ran toward them with a loaded gun and ignored commands to put it down.

Craig's mother said her 31-year-old son was mentally ill.
