Pawnee County Man Faces Rape Charges

Prosecutors charge a Pawnee County man with multiple counts of rape.

Investigators said Daniel Blatchford raped a female relative multiple times over the last year.

The charges came about after the victim confided in a therapist about the attacks.

Blatchford served time after raping the same victim nearly 15 years ago.
