Tulsa Man Arrested On Fourth DUI Offense

A Tulsa man is in the Rogers County jail on his fourth DUI offense. 

A Rogers County deputy pulled over 30-year-old Wayne Wittrock Wednesday evening. 

During the stop, the deputy discovered Wittrock had a DUI warrant out of Tulsa with a $350,000 bond.

The deputy said Wittrock appeared drunk and empty beer cans were discovered in his car.
