Melting Pot Festive Chocolate Fondue
<p>You'll make your holiday guests very happy if you serve them chocolate fondue. Here are two recipes from the Melting Pot - milk and white chocolate versions.</p>

Caramel Nut Milk Chocolate Fondue
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
- ½ cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 teaspoons chunky peanut butter
- Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, stirring constantly; or place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 to 45 seconds.
- Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.
- Pour into a warm fondue pot. Add the caramel and peanut butter and stir gently until blended.
- Keep fondue warm over low heat.
Crème Brule White Chocolate Fondue
- 4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons caramel syrup
- Rum 151 to Flambé
- Combine the chocolate and cream in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water. Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly; or combine the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 – 45 seconds.
- Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.
- Pour into a warm fondue pot. Add the caramel syrup and stir gently to combine. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
