Tulsa police are investigating a shooting that happened near 31st and 145th East Avenue.
Two people are hurt and police are still trying to piece together what happened.
Police said the two men were taken to the hospital. One in critical condition.
Police were called to the Boulder Ridge Apartments just before 12:30 Saturday for shots fired.
Officers said there was a shootout between Alfonso Henry and Keith Stewart.
They say Henry was in a grey Malibu with his sister who ran off after the shooting.
Afterwards, police said Stewart stole henry's Malibu and crashed near East 61st Street.
Witnesses said they're now afraid for their own safety.
"I heard two. I heard two. And my window is open in the bedroom, so it was right there," said neighbor Andrew Stephenson Jr.
Andrew Stephenson was just outside of his home when he heard gunshots nearby.
"I heard them. My dogs started barking, and I walked to the door and I seen somebody running ... that way," said Stephenson Jr.
"I am shocked because I never thought anything like that would ever happen around here. I been here five years and I've never seen nothing like that ever happen," said neighbor Debra Stephenson.
Debra had just gotten home from work when she heard the news.
"I really don't like it because there's kids in the neighborhood. And I don't like shooting anyway and I don't like it around kids," she said.
Neighbors say the area is usually pretty quiet and hope this doesn't happen again.
"I hope everybody can settle their differences without shooting and killing. I don't like guns. I don't own a gun and I don't like people around me with guns," Debra said.
"I took my butt back in the house, I ain't going to be a statistic," said Stephenson Jr.
Henry's condition is unknown at this time.
Homicide detectives are now investigating.
