Three people are in the Osage County jail after a drive-by shooting in Skiatook.
Detectives say Shelbie McQuay and Kacey Matza drove by Josiah Cody's house to confront him about a personal issue.
Police tell us Cody fired four to five shots, hitting the vehicle twice as it drove away.
All three went to jail.
