A Cleveland man is in the Pawnee County jail on a charge of lewd molestation of a child after investigators say he sexually abused a juvenile girl.
Cleveland Police say Michael Minton, 45, told them he inappropriately touched the girl while she slept because his wife wouldn't have sex with him.
Police arrested Minton on Sunday, October 8th.
