Tulsa Teenager Shot During Drive By

Police are looking for the person who shot a 17-year-old in the thigh early Sunday morning.

Police said around 4 am the victim was walking with a friend down Memorial just north of 31st when someone drove by and shot at the pair, hitting the teen.

The victim spoke with police at the hospital and is expected to be okay.
