The Tulsa State Fair is going on right now and for many it's a family tradition.

That's the case for some of the food vendors, too.

Chris Davis owns the Pop House on Brookside.

He opened up shop next to his grandparents' funnel cake stand at the fair, which is now run by his parents.

Davis sells a lemonade-flavored Popsicle made with a family recipe.

They wanted to have the two stands side by side to show the generations of entrepreneurship represented in the family.

"This is exactly the place in the fair that I've been coming my entire life, and so to be next to that trailer, it definitely means a lot to me and it  brings back a lot of memories," Davis said.

"I wish my parents were here to see the entrepreneurial spirit in my sons passed down from my parents. They'd be really proud of  everything that they're doing and seeing the booth the way it was here at the fair," said Steve Davis.

Chris Davis said the Pop House will be at the fair for many more years.
