Police say both Dustin Baker, 29, and Dillon Rose, 25, who have been arrested for the shooting death of 38-year-old man this week have ties to the United Aryan Brotherhood.
Both men are in the Tulsa County jail on first-degree murder complaints in the death of Jason Harris.

Rose's arrest report shows he was a backseat passenger in an SUV where the victim was found shot on a Tulsa highway.
Witnesses tell police both men ran from the scene after Harris was shot.
In their report, police say Rose threatened the victim at gunpoint and both suspects took Harris to a store, where Rose used Harris' credit card.
Jason Harris was found dead a short time later in the passenger seat of the parked Jeep on the inside shoulder of Highway 169 near 21st Street. The police report states Harris was shot three times. Once in the leg, torso and head.
When police interviewed Harris' wife, their report said Rose was the last person she saw him with.
Police say Dillon Rose is a convicted felon and has done time in prison.
