A week-long sting operation spearheaded by the Oklahoma State Bureau Of Investigation resulted in a dozen accused child predators off Oklahoma streets.
During "Operation Fair Game," the bureau partnered with 14 other local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to stop people trying to prey on children.
That included the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, Oklahoma City Police Department, Yukon Police Department, Stillwater Police Department, Edmond Police Department, El Reno Police Department, Bethany Police Department, Enid Police Department, Sac and Fox Tribal Police, Canadian County Sheriff’s Office, Custer County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney Task Force from Districts 21 and 6, and the U.S. Office of Homeland Security Investigations – Oklahoma City field office.
Incidents of child sexual exploitation or internet crimes against children should be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s Cyber Tip Line at www.cybertipline.com or 1-800-THE-LOST.
