Roppongi Pork Ramen

- 12 oz homemade or store bought pork broth brought to boil
- 8 oz fresh ramen noodles from the refrigerated isle.
- 5 shitake mushrooms sautéed and seasoned with soy sauce & ginger
- 4 oz pork belly. Slow cooked and seared.
- 2 scallions
- 1 egg boiled for 6 minutes, chilled and then peeled
- Bring all ingredients to desired temperature.
- Serve hot.
