Study: Violations Found In Most Oklahoma Group Foster Homes

Federal inspectors uncovered health and safety violations at nearly 80 percent of Oklahoma's group foster homes.

That's according to a new report from the Department of Health and Human Services.

The Inspector General found fire, food service, transportation and emergency preparedness violations.

The report shows only five group homes with no violations.
