Vian Police say two high school students were taken to the hospital following suspected drug overdoses at the school.
Chief Mark Fisher told KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fort Smith, one was treated and released and the other admitted.
He says the teens are suspected of taking Xanax, but declined further comment, pending results of a blood exam. Vian High School principal Richard Moseley also declined comment.
Chief Fisher says drugs at the school are a problem.
"A lot of (students at) schools out there are involved (in drug sharing). It's going on. Drugs are bad everywhere," said Chief Mark Fisher.
