One person has been arrested following a bomb threat at the Mayes County Courthouse.

The Mayes County Sheriff’s Office said someone called the court clerk’s office on Thursday, September 7, 2017, and made the threat.

Deputies eventually arrested Brent Maner. They said he's been charged with one count of felony bomb hoax.

They said they still don’t have a motive because Maner refused to talk to them.

Thursday’s threat at the courthouse was the second one of the week.

Phillip Wayne Baucom was arrested Thursday after deputies said he called the courthouse Wednesday and said an unknown agent had been released in the building.
