First National Bank in Grove is hosting an online predator seminar for adults in the community.
It will be held on Monday, August 28th at from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Grove Performing Arts Center.
Mark Londagin, First National Bank Executive Vice-President and Business Development, said, “We care about the community’s children and they are so vulnerable to online predators.”
The seminar explores the epidemic of internet crimes against children from a law enforcement perspective and is for the purposes of providing awareness and the resources to report related criminal behavior.
Julie Kendall with the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force will be the featured speaker.
Following her speech will be a Q and A session with Kendall, Grove Police Chief Mark Morris, Grove Schools Resource Officer Tracy Bloss, Grove Schools Superintendent Sandy Coaly and high school principal Bobby Kreutz along with District Attorney Kenny Wright and Judge Alicia Littlefield.
