A man who police say used duct tape, a knife and a BB gun to rape two women he met on a dating app pleaded guilty.

Evan Parrott pleaded guilty to 11 counts, including kidnapping, two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree rape with force and fear.
He is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
