Families of the victims in the Oklahoma State parade crash two years ago are receiving $100,000.
The insurance company for the suspect, Adacia Chambers, is doing the payout.
At a hearing Friday, the settlement was divided into four categories.
Chambers did not have adequate insurance coverage, so a judge had to base the payments on the victims' injuries.
