Checotah Police Discover Indoor Marijuana Growing Operation

Checotah Police confiscated a large amount of marijuana overnight that they say was headed for the streets.

The police department shared a picture on Facebook saying investigators served a search warrant on a house in town Saturday night.

The post says investigators found a large indoor marijuana grow operation.

They seized marijuana plants, scales, cash and packaged pot ready to be sold.

Police did not say if any arrests were made.
