The OHP says the crash involved a semi truck, a 2003 Nissan Murano, a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, a 2015 Toyota Corolla, a 2013 Subaru and a 2015 Toyota Camry.

Troopers said 57-year-old Connie Harvey was driving the Murano and was taken to a Tulsa hospital. A 16-year-old boy who was a passenger in her Nissan was treated at a Tulsa hospital for a head injury and released.

Her other passenger, a 14-year-old boy, was admitted to a hospital in critical condition, the OHP said. It took emergency crews about 30 minutes, the OHP said, to cut him out of the Nissan using the Jaws of Life tool.

According to troopers Nhia Yang, the driver of the Tacoma, was treated and released at a Tulsa hospital. The other four drivers, including the driver of the semi, weren't hurt, the OHP said.

All of the people involved in the crash were wearing seat belts, troopers said.

The OHP is still investigating the cause of the crash.
