Man Killed In Train Accident In Okmulgee County

OHP is investigating a fatal collision involving a train and a pedestrian in Okmulgee County north of Henryetta.

Police say Karl Matthew Clayton was walking on the railroad tracks when the train sounded its horn to alert him. 

Police say Clayton never acknowledged hearing the horn and was struck and killed when the train was unable to stop.
