Ingredients:
- Two boneless pork chops
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of garlic
- Dash of Cayenne
- Half granny smith apple & Julienne
- Half cup Apple butter + quarter cup mustard
- Oil for pan fry
Directions
- Heat your frying pan with oil
- Season & tenderize pork chops
- Pan fry your pork chops 1-2 minutes on both sides
- When done pat them
- Top with Apple butter mustard and julienne apple
- Served with your choice of two sides (example: Red cabbage as your vegetable then mash potatoes or spaetzle)
- And your dinner is ready
