Tulsa International Balloon Festival Takes Flight

The Tulsa International Balloon Festival kicked off tonight in east Tulsa.

It's a five-day event that includes hot air balloons, night glows, a carnival, kids' play area, and food and beer.

About 50 balloons will be on site out at 41st and 129th East Avenue.

You can even take a ride in one — while it's still tied to the ground.

The festival continues through Sunday.
