Muskogee Teacher Arrested For Child Abuse

Daniel Watson, a Muskogee elementary teacher, was arrested last week for child abuse, according to the Cherokee County Detention Center. Muskogee Now reports Watson is a teacher at Irving Elementary.

Family members said the victim is a special needs 4-year-old who was spanked for getting out of bed too many times during the night, leaving bruises, according to the website.
