Burglary Suspect Found Hiding Naked In Yard

Charles Manley is in jail after people say he stole their TV.

The TV and several other items were found along with a prescription for Manley a few blocks away.

After a search, a K-9 officer found him and a woman hiding in a yard near 91st and Aspen in Broken Arrow.

They say he was naked and she wasn't wearing any pants.

During the arrest, police found credit cards and other items belonging to an Owasso woman.

That victim had filed a police report saying someone broken into her car last week while she was working at a Broken Arrow Cafe.
