TPD Issues Silver Alert For Missing Tulsa Man

The Tulsa Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a 71-year-old Tulsa man who they said was last seen leaving the Gracewood Health & Rehab Center at 6201 E. 36th Street North on Monday evening.

Police said Eugene "Richard" Leflore may be trying to head east toward his former home in Ketchum. 

Leflore was wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt and white shoes. He is a black man, approximately 6'1" and weighs 165 lbs. He also walks with a brown cane.

Leflore suffers from dementia and needs 24-hour care.
