Tulsa police are looking for a person accused of running over a woman twice. Officers say they were called to 4124 East Admiral Place at 5:41 a.m. Sunday, May 14, for a hit-and-run.

Police said the victim called 911 to report finding her stolen property when a suspect in a black GMC Envoy ran over her twice. The Envoy was pulling a trailer with a four-wheeler on board.

The news release from TPD does not include a description of the suspect or whether that person is male or female.

"Investigating officers are working to positively identify the suspect so an arrest can be made before the suspect causes any more damage," records show.  "The suspect was believed to be headed to the Jenks area."

The woman was hospitalized but is expected to recover, according to police. They ask anyone who may have witnessed the crime or have knowledge of it to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
