A Broken Arrow park remains closed, while the city works to clean up after a sewage leak contaminated a creek in the park.
Earlier this week, the city closed Sielig Park in the 500 block of West Iola, after a contractor damaged a sewer line north of the park. That caused sewage to flow into the park's creek.
Officials say tests initial tests showed increased levels of E. coli in a creek.

Since then, city workers have used a special truck to vacuum up the sewage as well as pump fresh water into the creek.
Thursday's rain is also expected to drastically reduce E. coli levels in the creek.
In the meantime, the city says it will continue to test and monitor the safety of the creek.
