Three men are in jail after a Tulsa taco restaurant was robbed two nights in a row near Pine and Lewis.
Police say the men robbed Don Francisco Wednesday night at gunpoint, then stole a customer's car and led police on chase that ended about when the suspects hit a curb at 200 East 30th Street North.
All three men bailed out of the car and ran, records show. Police used the TPD helicopter and K-9 officers to track them down.
Charley Edwards, Jowan Rinehart and Joshua Mooring were all captured. Two of the men were bitten by K-9 during the search.
Police have also connected Edwards to a robbery and kidnapping on Tuesday night that began at the same restaurant.
In the earlier incident, authorities said two armed men carjacked another man, claiming they were immigration enforcement agents. The victim told police they handcuffed him, drove him to Coweta and left him there, saying an immigration helicopter would be picking him up.
"No such helicopter arrived," police said.
