Tulsa Man Charged With 1st-Degree Murder

A Tulsa man pleaded guilty to beating another man to death. Tonyo Hughes is charged with first-degree murder for being part of a group who beat Joe Perez to death in March 2016.

Hughes pled guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. 

Three other people have already pled guilty for Perez's death.

One other man, Romelo Northington, has yet to stand trial.
