Body Found In Arkansas River In Muskogee Identified

Muskogee Police are investigating after the body of a man was found in the Arkansas River Saturday evening.

According to the Muskogee Phoenix, the body has been identified as 21-year-old Brandon Welch.

The paper says Welch was reported missing March 4th.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
