One In Custody After Man Is Shot During Dispute At Tulsa Apartment

Tulsa Police said a man was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury to his arm after he was shot Saturday afternoon at his residence when three people broke into his apartment.

The shooting happened at the Delaware Gardens Apartments, located at 5116 South Delaware, but police took one suspect into custody in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings at 6222 East 41st Street, police said. 

TPD said the incident began when two males and one female kicked in the door of an upstairs apartment, where the victim and a female live. 

Police said one of the suspects may be the victim's father, and that the suspects may have been coming to confront the female who lives in the apartment. 

The dispute involved either drugs or money, TPD said. 

Police continue to investigate the incident, but they did not say whether either of the other suspects were in custody.
