Tahlequah Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for taking donations from a Habitat for Humanity ReStore at least four times.

The Tahlequah Daily Press reports surveillance video helped them track the suspect. It showed a man pulling up to a donation area outside the facility on West First Street and loading items into his truck.

Police pulled Jerry Rose over for a traffic violation, learned he was driving without a valid license and resembled the man in the surveillance video. Police said he admitted he was responsible for the thefts.
