Judge Dismisses Protective Order Filed Against Tulsa Police Officer

A judge threw out a protective order filed against a Tulsa police officer in October.

Officer Antonia Hill was arrested on Monday, October 31, 2016 for violating the protective order which had been filed by Emily Obanion.

Obanion requested the order in September saying Hill stalked her while on duty as a police officer and threatening her children and pointing a Taser and gun at her.

On Tuesday, December 13, 2016, a judge dismissed the protective order and ordered Obanion to pay court costs. The judge called the protective order frivolous.

It's not clear yet how Tuesday's ruling will affect the case that led to her arrest.
