Passengers Injured In Tulsa Bus Hit-And-Run Collision

A Tulsa transit bus was involved in an accident Tuesday morning and police say the truck that hit the bus kept going.

The wreck happened just before 9 a.m. at 3020 S. Harvard.

Witnesses said the bus was clipped by a passing landscaper's truck pulling a trailer. Witnesses told police the truck changed lanes in front of the bus and the trailer hit the bus. Tulsa police Corporal Steven Wood said witnesses got the tag number of the truck.

Two passengers on the bus were injured. Wood said they had minor injuries and were checked out by paramedics before being transported to the hospital.

Tulsa transit responded with another bus to take the remaining passengers to their destinations.
