Tulsa Area Children With Cancer Get High Flying Holiday Treat

Two helicopters gave downtown Tulsa tours to children with cancer and their families Thursday evening.

This is the fifth year that Production Air Services has put on this event, which includes food, bouncy houses and even Santa Claus.

"It's just so exciting. This kids have battled their cancer diagnosis day in and day out for a length of time and you know as a parent you learn pretty quick that it's a marathon and not a sprint and tonight ever year when we get to come it for the Christmas tour, it's just a little break," said Laura Lester.

Owners of the company say the event is important to them because they've lost loved ones to cancer.
