Tulsa John 3:16 Mission Needs Turkey Donations For Thanksgiving Meal

The John 3:16 homeless shelter is asking for help.

The mission plans a huge Thanksgiving dinner every year, but this year it says it's way behind in obtaining turkeys.

It says the reason may be the warm weather or even the presidential election, but has only 66 turkeys right now. It needs 4,000 by Monday in order to make sure no one goes hungry this Thanksgiving.

It also needs canned goods and other traditional Thanksgiving meal foods.
