Tulsa Police are trying to reach the father of a 2-month-old girl with special needs to determine whether or not she's missing. A woman told police the infant was in her 2011 Chevy Camaro that was stolen from the Sierra Point Apartments near Interstate 44 and Garnett around 3 p.m. Monday.
The woman waited several hours to call police and then said a prostitute had taken the car without her permission, according to Tulsa Police. Authorities said the woman could only tell them the first name of the father of her baby - Ray - and that he is a heroin dealer who lives in the apartment complex.
Officers are investigating the incident, but as of early Tuesday morning, they say it is not clear if the child was still missing or ever missing at all.
Police said the vehicle is a silver 2011 Chevy Camaro with Oklahoma Tag 374-HOV.
If you have any information about the car or the missing child, call 918-596-9222.
